 Within the boundaries of Sweetwater Village the geographic area has been broken down into phases by the original developers. The Board of Directors had no input in creation of the phases but must work within the documents as written. The original developers created each phase but allowed only one overall Association to deal with the operation of all phases equally. This means that no matter where you own property within Sweetwater Village you are bound by the documents to share responsibility and cost equally. All owners should become familiar with the covenants and restrictions as filed at the Bay County Courthouse. Be sure you have correct & complete copies and agree with the terms and conditions prior to entering into any agreement to purchase or rent property in Sweetwater Village.
