1. Sweetwater Village is governed by a Association of Owners whose membership is mandatory for all lots within the boundaries of the subdivision.

2. Owners and prospects should be familiar with the documents of the subdivision. These can be found on line or requested from your salesperson or contact.

3. Contact us following your closing to be sure the association has the correct information on how to contact you. This is the only way the association knows if and when property has been sold. Our association welcome committee would like to offer you a basket of gifts shortly after your arrival. Click this link to notify us of your purchase.

4. Board and member meetings are held on a regular schedule,  the first Saturday of each month, usually at the recreation pavilion.
